Convenience Store Coolers #2: Twirl All-You-Can

Spotted at: FamilyMart

familymart twirl all you can convenience store coolers

FamilyMart‘s Twirl All-You-Can Sundae has always been one of the most reliable convenience store coolers for a hot, sunny day. The challenge with this is how high you can twirl the sundae onto your cone. If you’re up for a challenge, you can convince your friends to join you and see who gets the highest sundae twirl.

The best thing about this is that it only costs P25.

Convenience Store Coolers #3: MySundae

Spotted at: Mini Stop

Another ice cream you can find from a local convenience store is Mini Stop‘s MySundae Hershey’s flavor. There’s no mention of any other flavors they serve but I’m sure they have some other options for your preference. When I was still in Manila, this convenience store has been my go-to choice for their fried chicken. I’m not sure if it still tastes the same though.

Convenience Store Coolers #4: Ice Cream Sandwich

Spotted at: 7 Eleven

My friends and I have been enjoying this recent convenience store food find we spotted at the 7 Eleven branch below our office. I haven’t checked where else this is available but you can check with a nearby branch.

What I enjoyed most about the new Selecta Ice Cream Sandwich is that it is easy to eat. It doesn’t make a mess and it comes in two flavors in just one bar of ice cream. It’s also a reminiscent of another Ice Cream Sandwich I used to eat when I was a teenager. The ice cream has long since been phased out so it’s very interesting to see this one available once again.

It’s available for only P23.

The ones I included on this list are just some of the things I found in convenience stores around Cebu. If you know of any other convenience store coolers, feel free to leave a comment so I can check it out.

Just saw SLURPEE Halo-Halo yesterday. I was about to buy Slurpee but it has a sign “FOR HALO-HALO ONLY”. I got confused so I bought another drink, instead. It’s when I reached the counter that I saw the sachet for the toppings. XD Will try that one maybe later today.

But I’m really interested with the fourth one – ICE CREAM SANDWICH. Maybe because of the drawings on it. XD

I’ve always liked FamilyMart’s ice cream! Sadly, I’ve heard that they’re shutting down all their branches in Cebu. Very sad 🙁

Why did I not see Slurpee Halo2x yet?? Lemme try that! and oh, that Ice cream sandwich makes me crave one. Sadly, Family Mart is getting closed now in Cebu. 🙁

Why was 7-Eleven’s Fundae not included in the list? This is basically present in every branch and costs only P15.

Anyway, Family Mart’s Twirl All You Can has been my go-to choice when it comes to affordable soft-serve ice cream. I personally love their matcha flavor. But as far as I can remember, their ice creams are priced at P30, regardless of the flavor. Maybe it depends on the location. I usually get mine at the Ayala Center Cebu branch.

  10. I always love 7/11 and Family Mart. Love that Twirl All You can in Family Mart but sadly they are closed now. And oh, that Ice cream sandwich looks delish.

Convenience stores also have expanded their offerings over the last few years, with stores become part supermarket, restaurant, gas station and even a bank or drug store.
